I've never been. Do they do anything for game day? Have TVs showing other games?

No TVs unless they wheel something in for game day. Totally worth a stop if you haven't been. I drink too much Tropicalia, hard to pick up any other IPA after drinking it IMO

Try Southern Brewing Company some Saturday (not a nite game as they too close early). Went there for the Vandy game. They set up a couple of projectors and have damn good beer, including their Hobnail IPA. Staff is super friendly and all huge Dawg fans. The brewery is off of 129 just before Athens Tech. Not as convenient as CC, but worth the short drive, imo.

Pale ales do suck. I'd rather drink corporate pretend beer than most PAs or IPAs.

A couple summers ago they had a projector for the World Cup games so they may show the game but I'm not certain they do.

Jeff, which Yankee foreign-owned brewery is your favorite?

Jefferson spends more time concerned with the beverages other men drink than any human in recorded history. This won't end well, Portly.

Liking an Athens, Georgia beer is a sin on par with murder.

Tropicalia is by far the best beer I've had out of the state of GA. I wish I could get it where I live.

I'm pretty sure they aren't open during the game. For the opener, I think their plan was to open around 3, whichshould have been the end of the game. Check their Facebook page for this weekend's plan.

He prefers Yankee beers, Portly prefers Georgia companies.

Different strokes for different folks.

I'm a fan of both types of beers.

When it comes to beer, I'm an equal opportunity drinker.

I've keep equal parts High Life and craft brew at any given time. Never met a beer I didn't like - "Ice" beers notwithstanding.

Creature Comforts and SBC are superior to Terrapin.

The best beer from Georgia I've had is probably from that Jekyll brewery in Atlanta. Don't remember what it was. Georgia honestly isn't great for beer. I love close to a craft beer shop and almost nothing from the state.
