Dude ran a 4.35 at the combine. I had no idea he was that fast. When you watch him at game speed, he doesn't look that fast. Also thought he was much taller than 6,1.

I think when they recalibrate the run it won't be 4.35 but it will still be a hell of a lot faster than when what I expected him to run.

Damn I didn't even know this was going on. I listen to 680 every day and had no idea it was going on.

I'm a shitty sports fan.

He was always listed at 6-1 but he has long arms and long hands, and paired up against smaller DB's he looks bigger than he actually is.

Can someone tell me how to follow this online? I remember doing it last year on nfl dot come but now I'm lost on their site.

Thansk in advance

If he does will with his catching, I can definitely see him making a team.

Still a good run, wasn't Cooper 4.43?

NFL.com you can watch everything live and check the results. Conley's hands are still definitely an issue as he dropped a few passes, but GMs are going to absolutely love his speed along with his personality.

Only if you are a subscriber, which I am not.

But you can watch random video clips.

they don't have Chris, but they have Cooper, DGB, and some west coast guy.

Last year their free content was much more plentiful. They are a little stingier this year.

Welp, Lance is fired.

quote:

BOTTOM LINE Tall receiver lacking blazing speed but showcasing enough acceleration to create separation when challenging upfield. Conley displays a natural feel for the position and has hand strength and body control to make tough, contested catches. Lacked gaudy numbers in run-heavy Georgia offense, but his productivity per catch will certainly be noticed by NFL teams -- especially if he has good timed speed at the NFL Scouting Combine.
-Lance Zierlein

ETA you can watch his 40yd runs, tiny thumnail vid right by his mugshot.

Not for me. Redirects me to Charter to sign in with a charter email address that doesn't exist.

Maybe I'm just a mongoloid.

I guess people have forgotten about this play. If the link doesn't go to the correct time, it's at 2:21:45 into the video.

Conley doesn't have the quickest first step, but when he gets moving he can stroll.
