Penn is bad but nothing compared to Hubert Qwens and his band of dumbasses...they officiated both the USC and UFAG games...2 of the worst performances I've ever seen outta of SEC officials.

My step-dad is in charge of South Carolina independent high school referees and has known Penn for over 30 years. They both started out in refereeing about the same time. He is still very close friends with Penn. They talk on a regular basis. My step-dad has told me Penn wants to leave the SEC for the BIG 10. Says there is a lot of bullshite going on in the SEC offices.

I agree. Just disputing what the people in the link were saying. Penn Wagers is and has always been a USCe fan. Have seen him at several games over the years on his weekends off.
