My culdesac is weird.

There's the super Christian guy who is a founder of 12 stone, super active super dad with a kid at uga and two more in the Archer pipeline, super nice guy that makes you feel bad about yourself by comparison.

Then there's the guy with the Mercedes that is introverted with the 35 year old hipster son that still lives at home

Then there's the mexicans that have a successful cleaning biz and make good money but their teen children are questionable and park in the yard.

Then there's the Georgia Tech people that are actually pretty cool, also with teen and college kids.

Then there's me.

And the Klopeks out back.

Actually my culdesac is pretty cool, all things considered.

Lesson learned is buying from a seller that has a relocation company handling matters is painful. Still waiting to get binding contract and God forbid relocation company work minute past 3:30 pm any weekday and working on the weekend is way out of the question.

Best decision I ever made, buying a house with a pool. Salt water is the way to go.

Pretty damn cool...like 55 degrees cool!

I put a cover on mine in October and leave the pump running daily. Set it and forget it. Cover off in April, add a few bags of salt and ready to swim.

Lucky for my kids it has a pool heater...not so lucky for me since my oldest son knows it. They were swimming in February.

Edit: Wait.... What's with the second post? You came in strong, but then backtracked like a cowardly bitch.

Yea, not sure why I backtracked. It is true I am getting old and losing interest on correcting the betas in this union.

When you go to sell this home you reduce your buying population by over 50%. LOTS of people rule out homes with a pool for obvious reasons.

Not true, the 2 houses I had with a pool sold quick!!

Boat is the ticket, nothing like wakesurfing!!

Do both, you're getting the pool and then get the boat
