Conecuh sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese. I wrap it all up in a tortilla if I need to get somewhere. If not, I'll make cheese grits and mix it all in a bowl.

Eggs and bacon with a yogurt. If I ate the pancakes or biscuits that I want to I'd weigh 300 lbs.

Saturday mornings - 3 eggs, 3 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, muscadine preserves or sorghum syrup.
Rest of the week either oatmeal or grits.

If I'm working from home, either I'll often do waffles or the wife makes pancakes. If I have to be in the office or on the road, it's most likely a large Cherry Coke.

Most mornings I'll just make some scrambled eggs. Sometimes might throw some and cheese in.

If I don't feel like making that I'll stop at quiktrip for a sqaurewrap.

Usually a Starbucks drink like a white chocolate mocha and occasionally I'll get one of their breakfast sandwiches.

I like breakfast fare for lunch or dinner and will do that quite often.

When I manage to do a real sit down breakfast I like biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, and omelettes because you can use a lot of good tasty ingredients (cheese, onions, peppers, ham, bacon, crab, crawfish, sausage, etc.)

I'm also a fan of the Waffle House All Star Special and was disheartened when Sonic discontinued their sausage on a stick, aka crack on a stick.

Funny thing is most of my life I seldom ever drank coffee but admittedly have turned into a Starbucks junkie with their milk based drinks usually starting off and ending the day with one.

Health-wise at my age that's what I should be doing. Remember Euell Gibbons?

Typically sausage/bacon and some type of bread.

If I actually woke up with enough time before class I'll make eggs with the previously mentioned.
