Brandon Burrows will not be with the team in 2014

After an injury riddled career, Richt has put the senior on a medical scholarship. This will end his playing career, however he will be able to attend school to finish his degree. Good luck young man.

That's tough but at least he will end up with some great experiences in Athens/UGA and an awesome degree.

I honestly didn't know he was still with the team. Sorry his career turned out this way but good luck to him for what's next.

My only question is this shouldn't be news for the coaching staff if the analyst did their job and did we take this position's scholarship and factor it into this years quota so it could be maximized?

We're at 83 or 84 right now, iirc. This doesn't effect numbers for the next recruiting class since he was going to be a senior this season.
