It was a dumb decision after they barely played him all season.

I have said countless, innumerable times that I trust the coaches because unlike us, they are in the meeting rooms, film sessions, every practice, etc and see far more than we see. However, they were dead wrong yesterday. I don't care what they've seen in meetings, they were wrong. I know you don't get to many games, as evidenced by the fact that last year you had to ask us where to park, but I do. I've seen with my own eyes Ramsey play in an actual ballgame and I've seen how horrendous he is. And that was against middling teams. The fact that we trotted him out to start the 2nd half against one of hte best defenses in America when we're down several scores is one of the most God awful coaching decisions I've ever seen made at UGA.

I couldn't agree with all of this more. Both of us have watched a lot of football, and trust the coaches completely. That being said, as soon as Ramsey went in the game yesterday I knew we were in a lot of trouble. I may or may not have used some choice words for the UGA fans around me when they cheered that Ramsey went in. I hated the fact that I was right about it, but I've yet to see Brice Ramsey play more than a quarter where he didn't make a God-awful throw. That includes games against teams like Vandy and Charleston Southern last year. He has a great arm, but he's not fit to start at a decent D1 program as of now, and I honestly don't think he ever will be.

You and WG have similar writing styles......very similar. If all of what you say is true, we're in a shiteload of trouble. BR was a highly recruited QB out of HS. That means the either CMR and CMB/CBS are not good judges of talent or are not good at developing talent. CMR said at the beginning of the season that the QB race was very tight. Maybe you/WG are better judge(s). If so, submit your resume'(s), the program needs you.

I'm happy for you. You have a similar writing style to the two of them also.
