Shocked at how few fans Grayson has at a home playoff game.

Well their fans have. They may outnumber Grayson's. Valdosta is what it is: a school too proud to play in the right classification based on school population. Apparently, they will be finally dropping to second highest classification next year

So what's the deal with Colquitt?I know they have a smaller enrollment then Valdosta? Is Rush up to his old tricks?

From someone who would know, Colquitt recruits and otherwise buys whatever they can. Most of the money in Lowndes is in the county or Valwood now. Lowndes at around 3000. Valdosta at 2200. Colquitt at around 1600 but it seems it may only be 10-12 now. Not sure if the murderer is still playing at Colquitt this year, but it wouldn't surprise me. My father grew up in Moultrie and said he never met a more corrupt community. Lol. He now lives in Valdosta so that is saying something.

Yep,always heard stories about Rush and it looks like a perfect match for Colquitt.

Watching Roswell beat up on Camden.Colquitt might be the only S. Ga big school to survive.Haven't heard about Mceachern and Lowndes.

Yeah? Well I am from Colquitt County, so who is this person in the know?

If you won't give it up, shut the frick up.

Don't like Propst fine, beat him on the field.

In regard to your father's comments, what the frick exactly is he talking about?

You are making some very disparaging statements about a program and community I think you don't know shite about.

Now BACK IT.

New classifications w/ school populations listed

At the bottom of this article you can find the school sizes. And yes VHS has always been one of the smallest 1-AAAAAA schools.

Colquitt Camden Lowndes have always been the bigger of the 1-AAAAAA schools. Everyone DOWN HERE knows it. Valdosta will be 6A next year; colquitt will be 7A.

I did.Have no idea why those numbers are off so much on the website I looked up but if Colquitt is moving up tp 7A they must be wrong.

Don't be surprised . It is like this all over the metro area and has been for several years. Communities in metro are just not as rabid and dedicated to spending Friday nights at games anymore. To many distractions and other entertainment available that takes away from the attendance at the games.
