Because I sure the hell have. Ive been a big dogfiah90 drinker for a while now. but here lately I fux with the golden monkey. I think both those are around 9%

I did get a 4 pack of something from total wine on Barrett about 2 weeks ago that was 11%. Kinda tasted like shite tho. Its a little awkward getting practically housed on 4 beers but I like it

That golden monkey will knock you off your feet. First time I had it, I wasn't ready.

I've been going the other way and finding IPAs with lower ABV ratings. I can drink more and feel less shitty.

When I get home next week I'm gonna make a batch of it.

I've always liked Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. It hides it well to me.

Old Chub is a great one if you like Scotch Ales.

the Chimay series is real high content, but it's supposed to be sipped with a meal, something the taco Mac bartender did not share with me one night about 7-8 years ago

had to call my wife to come get me..

I like Brooklyn Sorachi Ace. It's 7.5% but it is really tasty and goes down smooth. Most of that high gravity stuff tastes like the woods. Plus the sorachi comes in a corked bottle which makes me feel fancy.

I've been digging on Ballast Point's Grapefruit Sculpin this summer. It's 7% abv. I always have to mix in some Dogfish Head 60's, Terrapin Hopsecutioners and the standby, Sweetwater 420.

That's another one I thought was disgusting. I bought some because I saw some people raving about it on fb. I thought it tasted like cough ayrup. and not the good kind

Oh yeah, the Hopsecutioners are very hoppy. I like them as a change of pace, mixed in with 420's or regular IPAs.

Last week I picked up a Ballast Point Habanaro Sculpin from The Warehouse in Albany. If you're into the spicy, grab one of those and try it!
