Houck is the most talented pitcher in all of college baseball imo. He hasnt been that consistent so far in his first two years, but that curve is deadly when its on, and he has a fastball that can reach 97.

He's a guy Id love for the Braves to look at with the 5th pick if he is there.

What's sad and frustrating is that McGarity was a Georgia alumn, letterman, and coach long before he ever went to Gainesville. And while I hope to God the Kirby hire pans out for all of our sakes, his others hires have been woefully incompetent to the point of harming their respective programs and his entire department has penny pinched its way to the tune of delaying needed facilities upgrades and expansions.

I'm past the point of even wondering why the frick we've never had another big concert in Sanford; I just assume it's because it costs too much so we'd rather use the biggest, most expensive facility on a very large campus for only 8 events a year (6 football games, a spring game, and a graduation ceremony)

that's an understatement, they've been incredibly detrimental.

Even in the bad times of football, we always knew women's basketball and gymnastics would probably be top 2 (gym) or top 15(wbb) in the country. Mcgarity has single handedly seen those programs fall into mediocitry. Not even 5 years ago our gymnastics program was the bama football equjivalent, we couldnt' be touched. It was us and then a gap and then the rest of america. Now we can barely even make a regional to get our asses kicked in.

Mcgarity is nothing more than an adams clone; only cares about making money and doesnt' give the slighest frick about how good we are at sports. It makes me fricking sick as an alum. News flash you fricking pussy: it isn't going to devalue anyone's degree by making our sports better.

There's an article I'll find and post later if you want (don't feel like doing it bc I'm drunk unless someone asks then i'll gladly do it) about bama's football success translating to academic success as well.

I hate mcgarity. Wish his arse would keel over in office as he's surfing teh nyt

I started a season long thread last year similar to basketball. Idk if I'm going to this year..I'm about tired of stricklin. The only thing he has left in his corner is a dynamite recruiting class, but you never really want to rely on that much youth in baseball. If we dont' make the postseason this year his arse shoudl be gone as well.

id appreciate if you made another one this season its the only way i keep up with them that and the ESPN app
