McGarity is very un-leader like...the differences between the two are staggering...
That being said this is a good day for the program. It is time to move on....as good as Richt was at times he was equally bad at times. I don't care it it does mean a UT Dooleyesque swoon....it is simply time to move on.

And it doesn't necessarily mean we are going to be be stuck lost wandering the SEC Wilderness for 10 years.
It's like how I explained to a buddy of mine yesterday that was upset....Richt is that girl that we have all dated. Pretty. Smart. Really nice. Comes from a good family. But the relationship has stagnated and while she may be pretty she gets under your skin a little and you know deep in your heart that she is just not the one.
But you let it go on months, because you just don't have the heart or guts to break such a nice girl's heart. Plus her Dad has a ton of land that he lets you hunt but I digress.....one day at breakfast she nags you about something and then you explode.
