Georgia's Nick Chubb has rushed for 107 yards per game inside the tackles since taking over as the starter midway through last season. That's the most in the Power 5 among active players. South Carolina has surrendered 6.2 yards per carry on inside rushes this season, which is fifth worst among Power 5 teams.

With Mr. Chubb is doesn't matter. Inside or outside--it's all either good or great. Pity the poor defenders.

Gaining confidence as kickoff gets closer is unnatural to me, but I like it.

I would not be surprised in the least to see Nick Chubb gain 200 yards on Saturday. Our rushing defense is that bad.

I believe Chubbs has broken 100 yards by halftime in both games so far. And I think he'll do it again this week.

Do they keep track of this stat? I remember several instances last year as well.

#27 is only going to be limited by the play calling tomorrow, if he gets 30 touches(rushing/receiving) he gets 200+ easy... IMO

What's the best site to sift through detailed stats? I think I may have just stumbled on to something important. And if true, I need to get in touch with Squat, stat.

Try CFBstats... National, conference, team, player stats galore...

Here's Chubbs page, just click on the left for situational stats, splits stats, game log etc... Great site for info...

I"m a numbers junkie & can get lost there for hours..

Great site. Thanks.

I realize we haven't played anyone yet, but Chubbs is averaging 9 yards per carry on 1st down. Holy shite, man.

Will be fun to watch the numbers come in over the season.
