So did Richt. I actually consider Richt's win more than just a 'bit' of good news.

But from some on here, you'd wonder.

Here's some things we can focus on:

1. We tried hard

2. We're still good friends

Worth mentioning that winning yesterday officially makes him the second all time winningest coach in program history, having officially passed Wally Butts.

That's bad news IMO. I want CSU to fire him ASAP so he can come back and be our OC again.

I know most on here are not Christians,Mark 4:6 says:

Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home."

While I certainly do not think Richt is a prophet the sentiment still holds. You never appreciate what/who you have. Georgia fans are the best example of this. I remember those who criticized Murray when we had him. MOST of his would give our left arm to have him back right now. People then criticized Hutson mason. While not a great QB, by any stretch, how many would take him back right now? We have one of the most successful coaches in Georgia history, and one of the most successful coaches in college football and we still have those that want him fired. It is, what it is.

I understand where you are coming from and I tend to agree to a point...but I also tend to agree with another poster in another thread who wondered if Schotenheimer is a bad OC, or if his game plans are hamstrung by poor QB play and an injured Nick Chubb. Hard to say, and we may not know for 2-3 more years.

The offense's biggest problem right now is that we're getting whipped up front more often than not. That needs to change for the offense to improve.

More good news, we won the game AND we can turn our shitty offensive showing into a trolling opportunity to Bama and LSU's "Game of the Century".

Agree 100%. I haven't seen more than 1-2 plays a game where the RBs weren't getting contact at or behind the LOS. Makes it hard to generate any yards. Conversely I saw something that said Fournette averaged like 5yds before contact. I think it read that 100 of his yds were before contact and 80 were after. Impressive but shows how good LSUs OLine is at opening a hole for him to run through.
