I get the thought process, but our football and basketball programs aren’t really comparable when evaluating potential success.

I'm cautiously optimistic for this season. We seem to do better when we are under the radar. If DO can stay on the court, he and Maten will be tough to deal with.
The backcourt is obviously gonna make or break us.I think Crump has the ability to break out and give us 12-15 ppg. Hope Turtle is up for the challenge. Harris should give us some points and continue being a plus defender.
Schedule seems favorable. Get LSU and UTk twice, and only play UK once. Gotta win those big non-con games though.

Ehh... maybe. But we’d need a major overhaul in facilities, and our fan base would need to improve dramatically as well just to start.

Agreed. One of the best players we've ever had will accomplish nothing. But extend Fox!

This years team could be much better than the experts think due to Rayshaun Hammonds being as advertised and they say Claxton is a stud with shooting range and length/height that we haven’t had in years. They also say Hightower has played really well in the preseason.
Will be interesting to see how everything shakes out. Who woulda thought Jordan Harris would be in the doghouse this year?

Just to be clear...we are saying he is DEFINITELY better than either of the Andersons, Jarvis Hayes and KCP? I mean, that’s cool if that’s what weare saying...just thought it was a bit dismissive of some folks.
