Not really....isn't Richt in the same situation as Miles?

It seems a certainty that miles will be gone at this point. On the other hand, it seems semi-certain that Richt will not be gone. A loss to tech means that is up in the air, but I don't see that happening.

So who are our realistic options at RB for 2016? 2 RB's is a MUST in this class.

It looks like our chances are fading with Whaley, so who else? Jaqua Daniels?

Really? Interesting, considering the fact he just refuted the point that Arkansas was his leader. Says UGA, Arky and Texas are all even at this point.

I saw mention of a JUCO named Justin Crawford.

And he goes to a place where the QB situation is arguably worse than ours and the program is a bigger mess Kids these days

Interesting that he commits after he visits us.

Understood...but remember what happened when Spurrier said he would be at SC for 2-3 more years? They had people bailing left and right. Lost 3-4 key recruits. The HINT of a coach getting fired is usually enough to run recruits off. And yes....what is said on message boards matters. It is an indication of what an entire fan base is feeling. That is why I would say if a recruit doesn't want to go to LSU because Miles might be gone, then they would have the same hesitation over Richt. I think we will lose some recruits that are still considering but on the fence...and possibly one or two that have already committed. Just MY OPINION, though.

Yeah, and with Mecole coming out and saying he's no longer silent commiting after he just visited, I wonder if Richt told them there is a good chance he might be done after this season? Just seems weird both of them make these decisions after a visit.

Hopefully Davis can help save Gus's job. I'd trade a five star every year to have that idiot over there for good. I'd rather Davis catch bubble screens than be at Tennessee.

To go tell him he's done. It's over.

Damn that sucks but good luck to him. It makes sense that the staff was focusing their attention on other wideouts lately. The future will tell whether he made the right decision or not.

So does this start the perennial exodus of recruits that we thought we were going to get? Mecole is almost certainly gone as well. I feel like this happens year.
