We should be 6-4 or 7-3 headed into SEC play.
If we can go 11-7 in conference play and win 2 in the SEC tournament, we would likely be dancing again

I assumed we'd be solid, but miss the dance after having to replace nemi and marcus. I know our guard play is going to be excellent. If we can get some production out of DO/parker/kpg and yante improves as he should it's not a stretch to say we could dance again.
Also consider that the league as a whole is likely going to be improved as well.

Young guys looked solid in the Exhibition.
Turtle, Edwards, and Wilridge balled out. Ogbeide is going to be a boss. Turtle showed shades of Kenny Gaines and Gerald Robinson.

It's a bit worrisome that our FG% was so bad and we really didn't score much, but I understand we played a ton of new faces. That should improve over time I would think.

Looking back over the highlights from the game, I don't think JJ, Maten, or Mann played hardly at all. Gaines was in on only a few plays. Can't recall if I saw Parker or not either.

I think JJ broke his nose so he's gonna be rocking the mask again. Cant wait for the game. Hopefully we can get a decent crowd even though it's on a Friday night.

i think we make the tournament but the games against kansas state, clemson, and georgia tech are almost all must wins. they all suck and they are all at home. would all be relatively bad losses. 2-1 in those would be acceptable and 0-3 would eliminate us IMO

We need to start well in the non-conference and avoid crappy losses. It's the reason we got in last year, and the reason we didn't the year before.

those 4 digits bother you that bad? I mean, it truly is the 15-16 season, we play 2 months of games in 15.
