So we are actually in decent shape due to our recent run right?
Someone on the SECR said you have to finish with a winning record to make the postseason....is this accurate. I know we look good by our RPI and the impressive wins we have gotten recently.

Decent enough. We have some tough games and some easy games left and our SOS has helped our RPI tremendously...will definitely be top 30 RPI after tonight.

1) only 12 of the teams make it to the SEC tourny
2) your statement is mostly correct, outside conf champs and a couple other rare exceptions. I think it was Auburn a couple years ago that needed to win an SEC tourney game to get a bid in Regionals because it would put the above .500

to make a regional yeah. I've read the RPI and SOS weight very heavily into postseason consideration and last I heard we had like a ~25ish RPI and #1 SOS. If we end the season/SECT with a winning record and the above hold we might slip our way in.

Ideally, we need 8 more wins and we need this win SEC play. We have 4 more SEC series this year

Sweep won't help at all but burning be the end. Need to get at least a win this weekend to keep it somewhat manageable.

This team is neurotic. Never came close to beating Vandy this series after blowing out a ranked Tech team and winning a series over top 5 ranked Carolina squad.

Dawgs are #28 in RPI with #1 SOS...we are 1 game under .500
We probably need to go 7-4 to make the tournament. Got a tough series with Ole Miss and another against GT. We should beat Western Carolina. That leaves 2 series against Mizzou and Tennessee. If we can't win those two series, we don't deserve to be in anyways
