My guess,

Offense

QB - SR Greyson Lambert (Eason will play if rhythm/score permits)

RB - JR Nick Chubb (Holyfield and Herrian to backup; Sony won't play)

LT - SR Tyler Catalina

LG - JR Isaiah Wynn

C - SR Brandon Kublanow

RG - JR Dyshon Sims (Lamont Gaillard will rotate in as well)

RT - SR Greg Pyke

TE - JR Jeb Blazevich (Harris and Nauta to also see meaningful snaps)

WR - SO Terry Godwin

WR - JR Isaiah McKenzie

WR - SO Jayson Stanley

DEFENSE

DE - SO Trent Thompson

NT - JR John Atkins (Daquan Hawkins and Julian Rochester will also play this spot)

DE - FR Michail Carter (Michael Barnett or Justin Young could also get this spot; Tyler Clark and David Marshall will likely play)

OLB - JR Lorenzo Carter

ILB - SO Natrez Patrick

ILB - SO Roquan Smith (Reggie Carter will also play meaningful snaps)

OLB - JR Davin Bellmay

CB - SO Juwan Briscoe

CB - JR Malkom Parrish (Maurice Smith also gets meaningful snaps)

SS - SR Quincy Mauger (Rico McGraw also gets some snaps)

FS - JR Dominick Sanders

By the way, this team is going to be fricking GOOD in 2017. So much returning talent...

I think you pretty much nailed it. Only thing I'd change is Michail Carter at DE, I haven't read where he's gotten many 1st team reps, but guys like Hawkins, Barnett and Rochester have. I think we'll rely heavily on Carter and the other freshmen DL though.

I think the starters for both sides is 90% set. I like Barnett to start over the freshmen.

I also want to see Woerner at wide for some plays.

If we have the offensive line in place, the 2017 team should be competiting for huge things

The 2017 O line is going to be incredibly different than this year. We lose Pyke, Kublanow, and Catalina to graduation and could possibly lose Wynn to the draft.

Got high hopes for them this year though.

I think Reggie Davis will get the nod ahead of Stanley

I think Herrian and ROWK will get plenty of snaps this week. They're being too quiet about Holyfield. My daughters friend in the AD's office said the Dome Of Silence has descended.

D Andre Walker will also play a lot. No one ever talks about him. Gonna be a terror off the edges.

UGA has not recruited OL well in the past few year.... and that is the life blood of an offense...

Pittman seems to be luring in the new talent though...

He better kick arse in recruiting offensive tackles right now because if he doesn't, there are going to be two new starters at OT in 2017 drawn from Baker, Bynum, Allen, and Hardin. Unless those guys really develop, seems like we need to be looking for the next Laremy Tunsil.

Said this on a couple of different post.If we lose Wynn
along with Sony and Chubb I'm not quite sure '17 is gonna be the season most on this board think it will be.

Defense should be stellar though.

Agree with pretty much everything on here. Not sure if Michail Carter starts but he plays for sure.

Toss up between Gaillard and Sims

I also think Chuks Amaechi will get a good amount of PT

QB i still have no idea. I feel like most coaches value the experience factor that Lambert brings to the table more than fans do, but Eason's talent is undeniable. We should be able to tell in a few days I guess

I think we'll see a lot of two TE formations. We could see four TEs play IMO.

I think it'll be the other way 'round.

Rico might be here. Davis, too. Would like to see Hardman play here.

This just looks awesome. If Hardman lives up to his hype along with these guys, I have not been so excited to see secondary play since the late 90's and early 2000s (from Champs reign to Thomas Davis'). Even though our DL and LBs might be a little questionable, I hope this crew can help create some coverage sacks late in the games
