O's sweep the Nats to climb back to .500, finally. 3.5 back of #2 Wildcard. Stranger things have happened.

Crush Davis robbed of ANOTHER homerun tonight, this time at Fenway. Baseball keeps records on everything ... I'm thinking this is 5 or 6 this year. Amazing.
(This one was a helluva catch).

Finished 5-4 on the home stand. It was nice taking 2/3 from the Rangers, but its not good enough. We'll need to go 5-1 at worst to stand a chance of retaking the division unless the Rangers really start to slip. They did sandwich their sweep of the As with losing series to SEA & HOU. Getting the WC, the Angels & Twins are only 1 game back each and the Angels can cut it to .5 if they hold on today.

Check out these stats from Bryce Harper:
.336 BA
41 HR's
96 RBI's
.658 Slugging
And the Nats' relief pitcher, Papelbon, tried to choke him out in the dugout this afternoon...

With a Rangers - Angels series to end the year. One may end up taking out the other. That should be great baseball.

Dbacks haven't thrown in the towel yet. They've gone 6-4 in their last 3 series.
