I haven't been there in years, but I ventured over to see what was going on. Apparently, if you are even slightly critical of any on-field performance, people start asking admin to delete the thread. WTFF? frick that stupid piece of shite website.

I'm as happy as the next man for the win, but there were some glaring deficiencies tonight (cough, red zone). And that warrants being deleted. No wonder people thing we're retarded with that cult-level groupthink.

Eh, it's no worse than a lot of other sports message boards, I guess. I post on both. Prefer to spend more time here.

The pay boards can take criticism of the team better than the free boards, that's for sure. But at the end of the day, TexAgs biggest problems are the inside jokes that weren't funny the first time and the fact that they are too big for their own good. Too many posters stirring the pot lead to serious threads being hijacked by the third or second post with something completely unrelated to the OP.

Lol I just don't get why you'd make a forum then censor people so much. frick that site.

The ultimate internet toughguy, Billy Liucci, has ban power there. It's fundamentally flawed. Local discussion is the main thing that keeps me interested in the site. It's not a great place for sports discussion anymore and hasn't been in a long time.

I really wish there was an A&M fan site like TigerDroppings, independent of the AD and free of manchild recruiting "gurus" who stalk teenage boys well into their middle-aged years.

I guess. Last time I looked all they do is complain about Mazzone over there, and I don't entirely disagree with them

Yes its garbage. Luicci has unbanned my account when I talked to him in person about it. The issue is the person that banned you will just perma ban again you on sight. Don't argue with Luicci because he acts like a child and can't take a valid counter point. Don't try to talk about football on the zoo that's your fault.

I've stopped posting there for the most part. Except for when I'm looking for Aggie network stuff

Sorry. Just bitching. I didn't start a thread there last night, just went over to read discussion. Anyone who was slightly critical had a chorus of posters whining and asking the mods to delete the thread. Pathetic.

That's funny. He always posts his email address and does the tough guy "just email me if you have a problem" routine, but of course that cumguzzling sack of lard never replied when I tried to find out why I was permabanned.

TexAgs is great for some things, like the whorn tears thread

Agree with old sarge on this one, seems like we have one of these every month or so. We get it, most of us came over here for one of two reasons: 1) too much censoring (getting banned) or 2) wanting to have an actual football conversation without "it was Buckley!" Was he eating subway?" or something else tired and overused being posted on every thread.

Just sit back and laugh at it, no need to bring it up over here every month. And I do still like several of the non football boards over there. Love the outdoors board, very useful information and lots of helpful posters is one board I still look at a lot.

Just sit back and enjoy the win guys

1. I agree that the board has gotten too big

2. Too many CTs and engineers. I don't have a problem with either but collectively those groups aren't known as being the coolest people in the world

Yeah, I wouldn't have my job or my house without TexAgs, so I'm not gonna condemn the whole site. I just don't take the crazy parts of it too seriously or stay there too long.

They are trying to make money over there...

They probably saw what happened to 247 when they didn't clean up their boards. Tarp has been given the cold shoulder by the A&M staff and now has to work for scraps with U of H.

This is the only good board for Texas A&M sports. I don't even bother visiting other ones.

That's because they leave us alone over here. As long as we aren't rustling LSU fans too much on SEC rant, we're good.
