I generally hate beer, but the only Mexican beers I can tolerate is Modelo or Dos XX with a fresh cut lime and salt.

Why can't beer snobs just admit that beer taste is not a pleasant one? 
This "acquired taste" crap is the lamest excuse I've heard. Its like saying that eating Kale has a good taste, you just have to get used to it.

No its not. Its just tasty. Maybe my pallet has changed over time because I don't like the same stuff I did when I was 19, but it isn't really an acquired taste. I think you just may be a woman.

Mmmm beer. I agree I tried drinking some of the stuff. I drank in college and my pallet has definitely changed. I like much darker beers now. When I used to like southpaw.

Damn, I love the taste of beer and kale. Heck I will just drink a single beer for the taste of it all the time.

Beer is not a manly drink. Especially with so many "Lite" variations out there targeted at men.
