I have nothing at all against them, but I thought this was interesting.
Short version:

Texas at 8%.

That's probably more reflective of former students than tshirt fans, assuming there's any validity at all.

"fan-to-student" is misleading. It's people who "like" a school's athletics page vs. people who've stated they attended that school (at any time).

I believe they mean A&M has the most students per facebook like. It's an awful statistcal measure and graphic all together though. You want your message to be clear.

Yeah, the thread on the Rant about this has been fun

I probably would have put more stock in it back when they first made facebook available to non-college students, though. Nowadays it's kind of difficult to ascertain any sort of validity, especially with so many different forms of social media available.

I know many of my younger siblings of high school/college age have facebook accounts but rarely check them. Not really the point of a poll like this, but still it's interesting.

This has to make A&M the most educated fanbase on the internet.

Since I'm like 3% of our Tshirt fans and I graduate this year.

Our brand has been garbage for decades up until the SEC move, so this doesn't surprise me. 57% is entirely too high to be accurate in any way, but I wouldn't be shocked if we actually were near the top of this list.

Sometimes I wish you had to verify you graduated from, were enrolled for some time in or are currently enrolled in your university you supooerto post.

Buuuuuuuuuuuut that would turn tRant into Texags v2 because 95% of the posters would disappear. Leaving only us educated folk.

If you want a site that verifies posters real identities to give you a special little tag, you know which stall to tap your foot in.

People still get called sips even if they have an ag tag sometimes. I saw it a lot on old rivalries.

Tell ya what, next time you get a drink from a water fountain, flush a toilet or see the rain water drain out of a parking lot just go ahead and thank my family cause we more than likely built the infrastructure that is allowing you to do these things, so while I may not have attended A&M I am fairly certain that I can root for their sports teams without shame

I'll buy you a drink any time, Agforlife.
And we'll toast to the Texas Aggies.

I have a quick strike attitude about this subject because of TA I had so many give me grief because I chose to go to Tarleton instead of A&M. I sometimes flashback and lash out I won't say his name but the majority of y'all have been lectured to by a close family member if you went to class in the last 20 or so years and two of the companies that do the work nobody sees are owned by family members or in laws. Sorry if I came off as an arse, I wasn't trying to.

Not directed at EKG

And I'd gladly share a cup of coffee with ya seeing as I no longer drink

Did they ever clean all the used Copenhagen off the walls of the Blocker shitters? Stuff was ever present back in the 90's.
