Speaking of Kyler, would any player ever dare to give this guy any lip?

You don't talk back to coaches like that. I can't even fathom cussing out a coach.

I guess times have changed.

If he talked to Dan the way he did Spav, there wouldn't be a QB controversy. It's hard to start in a ball game from the ICU.

Dan Campbell would snap him into about 13 pieces for looking at him wrong.

To quote Bill Parcells re: Dan Campbell:

“He’s a hard-working guy, a really dedicated guy, and most importantly, a tough-minded guy,”

“[The Dolphins] made a good choice in going with him. He’s mentally tough enough to deal with the situation they have in Miami.”

While Bill Parcells was the Cowboys HC, Dan Campbell was injured, but went through drills and ran with the team in practice anyway, even though he was not going to play that week. Parcells said (paraphrasing):

"That's the kind of dedication and toughness I like. He can play on my team."

Replacement for Spav? Too good for the college game?

Never called an offensive play, afaik.

Maybe a potential HC candidate down the road.
