Next Saturday should be fun

I feel like I'll probably end up drinking more than I should.

I've come to the conclusion that whatever happens isn't a shot against us because they will literally do that to everyone

Bama exists on another plane than everyone else. It is what it is.

Armani watts is a tremendous player who makes plays happen. That is why he is probably our second best player on defense. Alabama has an ENTIRE defensive 2 deep like that. It just truly is what it is

You didn't expect a blowout for Bama/Tenn today?

The Vols FINALLY lost a comeback attempt last week which was a huge punch to their psyche. Combine that w/the amount of players they lost and the wear/tear from playing Florida, @UGA, and @A&M in a row and they were due to get wrecked.

I did. It doesn't worry me because we could have and probably should have blown Tennessee out at home. The difference was coaching. Bama has coaches that know they can't allow their players the opportunity to let up in the second half and they've instilled the discipline in their players necessary for those moments. Our coaches know the same but our guys lack the discipline and mindset of teams like Bama. Pretty much every other team does too except a select few though so not a shock. Next week will be closer than people think bc our guys will know they need to give it their entire focus and engagement for all 4 quarters. The talent disparity between Bama and us is one of the smallest when comparing their roster to others in the country. With that being said, I fully expect for them to jump one of those quick flare routes we often run and take it to the house. Or one of those option plays to Kirk

Tennessee turned it over 7 times and we won in doubt OT. Not to start an argument, but if they turn it over just 4 times they probably win by 2 scores.

Maybe.. We didn't put Tennessee away but we definitely could have multiple times. That game was just as close to a blow out as it was to a Tennessee win.

if we subtract 3 Tenner TOs do we get to subtract 3 Aggy TOs?

Bama is really f-ing good no doubt. HOWEVER, they are not invincible and you don't have to play a perfect game to beat them. You just cant make killer mistakes and expect to win. If team w/a decent D and O can take care of the ball and not beat themselves though?

They are still rolling w/a freshman QB. Even w/Saban as the architect they have a new DC. Their streak of non offensive TDs is impressive but is also completely unsustainable IMO.

If Bama is held from getting a non offensive TD and A&M protects the ball it should be a close game right down to the end.

I feel like we lose bad to Bama. They just look unstoppable. But I also see us winning out after that, especially watching Ole Miss doing so poorly against Arkansas. Still leaves us in 2nd...

You're fooling yourself. We will be lucky to hold it to 3 scores. They will have to be totally off and Knight will have to be lights out for us to have a shot. A shot.

Bama isn't going to stop this march until someone rats on them and Saban leaves under a cloud. That will be the only way this decade long rape is going to end.

Let's see if we can catch lightning in a bottle again.

The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant, that few stood against many, and before this battle was over, even a god-king can bleed.

Ole Miss played them hard

We match up decent with them. Probably won't win but to say we will be destroyed is also not plausible. We did not match up well at all with Tennessee.
