For a top 50 composite player Mitchell doesn't have many offers. Any clue why? Also ESPN has these two big man PJ Washington & Billy Preston from the Dallas area in the 2017 top 60. Wonder if these new coaches will open the door for us to get them on campus

I was hoping A&M would add at least one recruiter to the staff. This is a pretty big deal. We need somebody to counteract Avery Johnson & Avery Jr. at Bama.

Oh heck yeah! Felt like he was trending Kansas for awhile but this is great news. Should be a good player to push Hogg. There is no reason for us to not be a top 25 program in the three major sports. Getting the right coaches leads to this kind of recruiting and the type of on court results that we saw this year.

Offers don't really matter a ton in basketball, imo. Guys don't flip nearly as much, so teams don't bother offering other school's commits. And like tmc said, Robinson committed early so he won't get the offers an uncommitted kid will.
Seems almost as if there's more respect in basketball amongst coaches that prevents poaching.
