Article says that he was responsible for bringing in Emmanuel Mudiay and Keith Frazier to SMU. I believe he was also responsible for Danuel House going to UH.

SMU article

My Aggie Nation article about Danuel House

Brother I would strongly advise against posting your name anywhere on this site. People of tArk seem safe but anyone on SECr has access. Just saying there are a lot of weirdo's out there and now they have your name, what you look like, and where you work. Good article though, very well written.

Mudiay never qualified due to his "grades" likely being bogus. Frazier's "grades" were bogus. Is A&M that desperate to bring on somebody who probably should be getting a show-cause notice from the NCAA?

I doubt it. A&M made Tony Trocha sit out for a year even after he was qualified by the NCAA, because he didn't meet A&M's standards. We have passed up on a bunch of great talent because of academics. They normally end up at Baylor.

it's a good hire. He was considered a real up and comer that Brown picked out as his recruiting ace. He was cleared by the NCAA probe and he's been working with John Lucas for the last year.

One of our top 2017 targets is a kid named Jay Jay Chandler out of Katy. Maligi has been working with him at the John Lucas academy. He was trending our way anyhow but this should (hopefully) seal it

Incorrect. Trocha had a qualifying SAT but did not have a qualifying TOEFL, a requirement for international students.

Tony Trocha, a 6-foot-10 Colombian with skills, has been committed to A&M for more than a year, has been cleared to play by the NCAA, but has yet to be admitted by A&M and thus has had to become the Aggies’ tallest fan.

We have a stud post out of louisiana (originally from Florida). Mitchell Robinson, a top 50 player nationally. 247 profile

Think we also are in good position for Jay Jay Chandler, a SG from Cinco Ranch. #61 for 2017. LINK
