Sumlin's problem is that it takes him way too long to fire people. Snyder took too long and he should have fired Spavital during the season. He is getting better now that his seat is getting hot. Just got rid of Christensen and he definitively needs to rid himself of Hagan.

He may just be afraid of firing white people, because of the backlash he will get from the fanbase. Look at the hysteria that ensued when he said that a cocky, privileged, and turnover prone QB was a mentally weak cry baby.
