recruiting isnt as it used to be and texas is back in top 10.. We need to turn this ship fast or go full rebuild.

Either Kellen Mond as a junior or senior gets it done, or we aren't winning anything the next 5 years. We need an upperclassmen QB to be successful in this league. Simple as that. We had Johnny, and that was an incredible exception, but the fact remains that we are a pass happy recruiting base that needs a complete QB to take advantage of the talent we recruit.

You know we're getting negative recruited to death by teams we usually compete against for recruits, both LSU and the sips have new coaches in place and ours is headed out the door after the last game (fingers crossed), any top recruit would be crazy to commit to Sumlin at this point.

LSU is a more attractive destination for recruits than A&M. It comes easy to them AND they outwork us.

And why would that be? We build LSU up in our heads because they've owned us, but they've taken 13 non-Bama losses over the last 5 seasons.
Perhaps our bagmen aren't doing the work LSU's are. I've read elsewhere that the committed programs have boosters who step up regardless of the coaching situation, and that's not the case at A&M.
