I couldn't get a good read on them after LSU mainly because LSU didn't have the benefit of an opening tune-up game.
But Auburn is terrible and any team that plays them close isn't a good team.

Yep, no idea how this one will play out. We haven't looked great so far and I'd argue we haven't played a "complete" game yet. Defense should have a better game as state isn't super run heavy like Arkansas but we will need to get pressure on dak. As for offense, who knows. We execute very well then have periods where we are totally ineffective. Game will be determined by what team shows up, if we come out all cylinders firing and play a good game then we should win, if not.....

Big game for us. If we win we will also beat Auburn and LSU. It's a good test, but we win.
Cheer up Ags. We'll be ready for this team. Arky was a beast. We got this. Then, rest up for two weeks at 5-0 to play Alabama at home.

Watching the MSU Aub game now. Only q1 but AU is moving the ball through the air.
Dak makes quick decisions which will negate some of our pass rush, but it's a much more favorable matchup. Arkansas really tested our ability to maintain a and b gap integrity, but lbs were poor. State will move the ball but will play into our strengths at times.
It's going to be a tough game. We need to win it and get to the bye.

I think we win a close one.
If we don't win this game we are likely in for a rough rest of the season.
If our defense can force a couple of turn overs and our offense performs like it should then we should all be walking out of Kyle Field happy.

Our defense definitely matches up better against spread offenses and their run game is not good this year. I dont think we can cover their receivers though.

Kyle field hasn't helped us with shite the past few years. Hopefully that changes this weekend

I'll be there and hopefully we get to hear for the very first time how loud new Kyle can be with the canopies in place on both sidelines and the new south zone

State is going to struggle with speed this year. Yall have speed everywhere. I don't think they will let yall run too much, their strength on D is the line. Kirks going to have a big game in the air.
