no, we haven't. we've gotten beat by teams with less talent 4/5 years. that's a fact. with the classes sumlin had coming in over the past three years, there's no reason we should have lost to anybody not named alabama this year.
there never is a "perfect storm" in football, that is a fallacy that bad coaches like to throw out there to deflect blame and accountability... but if there ever was such a year this would be it.

We're now in the proverbial no man's land.
We're not winning another game so we have 3 straight years of 8-5 with the best recruiting class ever.
