what he did do is turn around and give us that Texas logo when he could during the SEC move. That thing is easily our coolest logo so far and is more visible than T Star ever was.

Indeed.

the tsips, Baylor and ttech have all copied it. I have to resist the urge to rip it off of cars and trucks

Are you sure he had anything to do with the Texas outline logo?

Who gets the credit from turning the brand into something more recognizable in the last 10 years?

Honestly, A&M being more recognizable has practically zero to do with branding, aside from the SEC logo we now have. No one thinks: "Texas A&M? Oh yeah, that's the school with the beveled logo."

Most of the credit should go to Manziel and the 2012 team. But mostly Manziel.

Sports branding goes hand in hand with team performance.

It's synergistic.

To be honest there was an increase prior to manziel in New England and East coast while I was out there. JFF is the biggest boost sure. Just saying the man who killed sarge and rocks the bevel harder than anyone did something positive for the school.

The success was big but realignment and sec exposure are a big big deal. Prior to that no one outside Texas cared who A&M was.
