Are we doing good?
A bad offseason, I hear.
Do we can Sumlin?

Not a bad offseason. We had two decommits recently, so obviously the world is ending right now to a choice few.

Basically all that matters is the results next season. So feel free to check back out if you want.

Season's a wash, then?
I thought it might be that way.
I will save my excitement.

No I mean this upcoming season. My bad.

This year we will field the most talented A&M team in decades coached by the best (on paper) coaching staff we ever had.

If it's not enough because of Sumlin all the offseason bullshite doesn't matter.

Offseason was meh. You haven't missed much.

I'm lowkey excited for this year, but I'm a notoriously optimistic fan

We avoided major Baylor-esque blunders, nobody got arrested, etc. just standard Aggy shite.

I have a feeling that this season will be a lot like a Charlie Brown movie, but then again Aggie Football always is.

True we will be talented, but so will be Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss and Auburn. Until Sumlin can learn how to discipline a team and keep them focused then the last two years are what we are going to get, regardless of the talent.

This is the case every year. The SECW is easily the most talented division in football. It isn't changing any time soon.

Yeah eventually we are going to have to actually out coach some of these teams to get somewhere.

I'm pretty much there with you, mostly tuned out of recruiting this year.

I'm determined not to go in with high hopes and meltdown like I did during the Ole Miss game last year. Of course, I tried to do the same last year but someone talked me into going to the Arizona State game with a free ticket and I got all hyped for a while.

I'm with ya. I'm probably less excited about this season than I have been since Sherman. With a downward trend in recruiting, a consistently underachieving and undisciplined team, and attrition at QB has me seriously doubting this regime.

But then again, this is the story A&M athletics just about always.

They'll break your heart.
