I realize that. But we had not even gotten a shutout against fcs teams. I will take it.

"Vandy" put 24 on us in 2013 so this is still a sign of progress

Yeah I don't care that it was Vandy. I got to see a Texas A&M defense dominate a team and not give up a single point for the first time in over a decade.

This is a monumental achievement, tbh. Don't care that it was Vandy. That's remarkable.

The 2004 shutout was over Wyoming, the juggernaut of the west. These don't come often and when they do it is usually against a horrible team. Shut up and enjoy the moment.

First away shutout since 02 against baylor

First away shutout out of state since 77 against k-state I think?

Dave south was rolling out some stats at the end of the radio broadcast.

That K-State shutout in Manhattan, KS was in 1975.

Not worth a separate thread, but has anybody noticed that Taylor Bertoleigh (thanks, Brent) is #1 in the country in field goals made? And that he's 100% on PATs? How weird is this? We're actually gonna miss him next year, along with Drew Kaser and Sam Moeller. Special teams have been pretty damn special this year.

Our special teams have been great this year. TB has only missed two "gimmes" and has made a good amount of long ones.

Absolutely, he's been very solid for us. I still don't know why he has more misses from under 40 yards than he does above 40 but oh well, everybody is gonna miss one at some point.

But even as its a positive how good he's been, it's also a negative that our offense stalls out so much that we have to rely on him a lot.

Sorry, I'm not always a negative nancy but it's easy to connect dots when it's a point that show inept our OC is. Haha
