His film looks a lot better than I was expecting given his rating. He's a fringe top-300 player but he has elite film.
I usually don't complain and recruit rankings, but he looks like a national top-50 guy on the tape.

His film is Tits McGee.
He looks good in every aspect of the position - great instincts, great pursuit angles, good speed, reliable in coverage, hits hard as a truckload of bricks, plays through the whistle.
At the very least, the people who made his film are supremely competent and know exactly what people judging play at the LB position look for! I choose to believe that it's because he's actually a very good player.
As as aside, isn't it refreshing (and maybe depressing) to watch what LB play is supposed to look like!? It really puts in perspective what we've been missing. Damn.

Good pick up for sure, hope we hold him through signing day. I barely follow recruiting anymore after being so soured on it these last few years.
