I remember back in 2010 when Sherman used to sit Miller for parts of practice just so the offense could effectively get good reps in. Tannehill said it was because Miller "ruined practice" for the offense.
Luke Joeckel said a couple years later he never felt overwhelmed because he used to practice every day against the best edge rusher he ever saw.

Seeing Von's recruiting profile and then what he turned into gave me a whole new outlook on player projection as well. He was fairly highly rated but was like 6 3 200 LBs and had the body of a WR. Incredible the work he's done both at A&M and Denver

He was a fairly high rated recruit. You could see his first step and ability from high school. He just needed the size and maturity.
