Looking at his stats, he should be a solid rotation guy that can play either guard spot. Averaged 16 ppg this past year at Lipscomb. Hard to tell how that translates but he's a pretty solid, even if not spectacular 3-point shooter at a .345 clip for his career.

His stat line is pretty damn empty outside of scoring though and doesn't look to be a particularly good defender. But he shoots a lot (his rate of shooting 3s is about the same as House this past season) so at least we know Roger will love him.
Overall seems like a pretty good pickup to fill out the roster. Averaged 33 minutes last year too so it appears he can soak up court time as needed.

He's now considering LSU and we all know what Shaq said about that school.

Looks like BK has hired Isaac Chew from VT to fill the other assistant coaching role. He apparently worked for Kennedy at Murray State but was hired away by Buzz at Marquette and he followed him to VT. From his Marquette bio

And it seems like Corprew is going to sign with us. The rumor seemed to be that he didn't have the grades but there's 2 weeks til they report so hopefully everything is squared away and this isn't just a hail mary
Also sounds good on Vila (the kid from Spain). He's more TTM though so I wouldn't expect much from him next year. He probably will take a while to settle. He's a big 3 or stretch 4 though so it would give us a little more leeway in the front court

Good news about the transfer kid. Looks like a solid player. I hope he can play a little point guard, if necessary. As it is, I guess we'll be going with the freshman and Gilder at that position. Would be nice to have another ball handler at that spot.
Hard to know what to make of the Corprew situation. If he gets in the boat, that would make for an excellent recruiting class.

Does anybody know if he is (or is expected to be) academically qualified? Hope so, from what little I saw of his game video, he looked like a talented player.

his grandmother called him that when he was a kid. thankfully he doesnt want to be called it anymore cause its got to be the worst nickname ive ever heard.
