Kind of, but 4 Loko is its own monster. I believe the equivalent of the originals was 1 can = 6 beers and ~5 cups of coffee. The caffeine was the killer.

It used to be an insane drink that would get you super fricked up on alcohol and caffeine at the same time. The government in a bunch of states made it illegal
