I saw your team about an hour ago at the theatre. Probably watching the Hunger Games movie.

They all had a half full mayonnaise jar in their hands.

I am feeling good about this game. First, I've been to both night and day games at Tiger Stadium. The vibe in that place is completely different for a day game. At night, it's like the Roman Coliseum. It's a scary (and deafening) place. During the day, it's just a generic big stadium. I don't know how to describe it any better than that.

I am not as big of a Sumlin guy as some on this board, but he's ten times the coach Les Miles is, and, under him, we have never just not shown up for a game (i.e. a Fran special). I am concerned about the rain because against Arkansas, we stopped passing altogether in the 2nd half. With LSU's athleticism, a one-dimensional attack would struggle.

I assume that LSU has invested in a nice drainage system at some point over the years?

I heard during their game with Auburn that the field has excellent drainage, so I'm not worried about a '98 Texas type field.

The @TAMUEquipment twitter posted a picture of them packing a maroon jersey next to white helmets a couple days ago but I think it was probably a troll before they roll out the gray unis today.

this. I can't remember what years we played day and what night. I barely remember this year's gametimes. But this is definitely true. I was very happy to draw a day game and I think if we really do alternate between Tday night and Fri afternoon like I've heard, we are going to get a major advantage of Kyle at night vs Tiger stadium in the day

Not gonna take this up today, but am curious on this comment. I'd like to hear your take but we can dig into this in a baseball game thread one day
