I would guess 3.
Claude George and Shaan Washington are graduating and A&M is at a deficit of 1 from last year.
This could change if any of the Safeties spin down. Justin Dunning (6'4" 225 lbs.), Ikeanna Okeke (6'2" 200 lbs.), and Clifford Chattman (6'5"+ 185 lbs.) have all been mentioned.
Aaron Hansford was also a 4-star Under Armour All-American at linebacker, but Mazzone is trying him out at H-back first (#7 ATH ESPN and #9 OLB Rivals).
We also should remember that Jordan Mastrogiovanni is supposedly coming back and joining several other preferred walk-ons.

Kellen Mond and Jalen Pitre are the last two 2017 commits after Hezekia Jones, Donovan Stiner, Jayden Peevy, and Kedrick James decommit this week.

He was flirting with A&M before he committed to Baylor. Now Auburn has offered him along with the other Baylor decommits.

Not sure if past Elite 11 performances have had any predictive value, but I guess we should get some idea of where our QB recruiting stands relative to our competitors

Arkansas posters are upset about being "outmaneuvered" by A&M and LSU for satellite camps in LA and TX.
Baylor is also cancelling its June camps, so Jim Harbaugh will have to find another partner for his TX camp.

He was an MVP at one of the regional events. Jennings did make it into the top 11. I found one article that had him rated 11 of 11 right after Joshua Dobbs and Cooper Bateman.

Any thoughts on a 2nd QB in this class? Mond supposedly was going to commit to Auburn today, but Urban got in his ear and now he's holding off.
Are we looking OOS for a 2nd QB (Sears, Jones, other)? Or do we try for 2 instate guys?

Sorry, but I feel the same way about kids that want to go to Auburn as kids that want to got to Ole Miss or pull Oregon out of nowhere...do not want.

Seems like a weird stance to take. Tra Carson went to Oregon. Johnny was going to Oregon. Quartney almost ended up at Ole Miss. Blumrick was ready to commit to Ole Miss.

Jesus us Aggies are bitter exs. One kinda good WR (who was part of an Ag Swag team with a QB who never started for us) goes to Oregon and we can't live it down. And it's not just you, if I saw "Mr. Texas A&M" on the side of the road looking to hitchhike it would take all my willpower to not chunk my Double Gulp at him. That is where us and the LSU fans are two peas in a pod.

I don't just look at where kids ended up, but how they ended up there... Johnny and Blumrick were not offered by A&M, but they joined after they were offered. Quartney committed to A&M and then decommitted to look at other options after our crazy December. I don't believe A&M ever offered Tra Carson.
Wylie Lyles cast a bad shadow for recruits going to Oregon and to Les (OSU and LSU). Maybe he started out in earnest, but it didn't end that way.
