I think that corroborates what tmc said, in that we were initally very interested in him before we did some recon and figured out he's a hot mess. ASU was appearently desparate enough to give him a try, which is a position I certainly understand.

I think what he posted was in regards to Tren Dickson unless I'm missing something. Situations might be similar though

What is going on the northern end of the Brazos Valley? Baylor just landed the #1 LB for '17. They've landed like 5 or 6 top '17 recruits this past couple weeks. Am I wrong to worry they're beginning to assume the dominant Texas recruiting position we seem to have vacated (starting with losing steam at the end of last year's cycle)? Don't get me wrong. Chavis will turn this D around this year or next and we'll get our mojo back. But in the meantime, Baylor is cleaning house.
