He didn't say anything that wasn't normal recruit speak. Doesn't make me any more confident we keep him than before I read it

Nothing notable it would just be fricked up timing that he would agree to the interview and flip the next day

Greg is going to play the game to the fullest. Even Kyler used texas to drive up the price. He may flip to alabama, but even if he decommitted I think we're looking at a very long timeline.

Makes me think he will be a NSD decision by the time it's over with.

I think he'll be an Ag when all is said and done, but I fully expect it to go down to the wire.

Have to think that connection with Kyler will keep him in Aggieland.

Exactly, this is going to be a yearlong thing I think. Not going to get worked up about it.

So is Jay Arnold officially retired due to the shoulder injury?

If so, that's an extra scholly that just opened up, and a shame because the kid has a great motor and a lot of tenacity; though he was never starter material, I liked when he was subbed-in to spell someone because he'd go all out.

Wait...what? He was supposed to be the next Spencer Nealy...only with more talent.

Yes, believe he is gone due to injury which sucks, he made an impact a few times and flashed some potential.

13 is definitely an unlucky number for A&M. The attrition on that class is INSANE.

I saw a tweet from him yesterday saying he was looking forward to the Nashville trip. Would he be on the traveling squad if he was forced to retire?

Welcome to the board?

He may be going to Nashvegas separate from the team, I will be.

That would make sense. Should be a damn good road trip.

How often do you get to Nashville?

Not as much as I should here lately. My girlfriend and I work opposite schedules these days. Can't pass up away games so close though. Sec move has been nothing short of heaven for me. OM/Bama/vandy etc are a lot more accessible than the Texas schools and the big 12 north wasteland.
