NC State gave up as many runs in the 8th inning as A&M did in our entire regional (54 innings).

Childress' job is clearly safe after the regional win by any metric. Even getting swept by TCU in the supers won't change that.
No one can accurately tell me, however, what accomplishments Eric Hyman has brought to A&M that can't be attributed to coaches hired before him, policies put in place before him, actions done despite him, or Jason Cook.
