UCLA isn't shitty. They're better than SCAR or ASU were. Rosen is legit and if they can cure their WR of the drops they'll actually be pretty good.
SCAR was laughably bad on defense. I know some guys who REALLY know football, who aren't Aggies, and they were texting me during that game that SCAR's coverage was the worst they'd seen.
ASU wasn't a very good team. You could tell during the game, without having to watch it again or do retrospective. I was there and knew in the second quarter that win or lose ASU was an average squad.

True. There are a lot of things to improve on, but you also must admit there are quite a few positives.

My first game back in almost 3 years. I will add that the new stadium is legit and the 12th Man was on fire today. 50,000!

2014 USCe was replacing their best QB ever (and best player ever in Clowney)

That's the difference. Lots of teams get overrated because of recent success when they're losing their best players.
UCLA returned Rosen. They are good. We could have easily lost that game and we are a good team.

They lost Myles Jack, Kenny Clark, Paul Perkins and Caleb Benenoch. And still had four other players drafted. They're a good team and I think they'll compete for the P12 title. But they lost a lot.

Maybe, maybe not. PV would have surely scored once if their receivers could catch... maybe. Maybe if UCLA's receivers caught the ball and scored A&M wouldn't have played so shitty in the fourth. Who knows? A&M won the damn game, that's all that matters. The rest is fluff.
