So we have several great candidates for this year's draft, how many do you guys think will get drafted in the first 3 rounds?

1. Derek Barnett (a.k.a. The SEC Lineman who won't be a bust) 1st Round

2. Alvin "Golden Grill" Kamara 1st Round

3. Josh Malone 2nd/3rd Round

4. Josh Dobbs 4th Round

5. Jalen Reeves-Maybin 4th Round

6. Cameron Sutton 4th Round

I am not certain what rounds these boys will go in (except for DB), but I do think they will all be drafted.

Guys going in the top 3 rounds imo

Barnett -- 1st round

Kamara -- 2nd round

Malone -- 3rd round (Think he really helped himself at the combine)

With Sutton, Maybin, and Dobbs going 4th+

Barnett 1st round
Kamara 2nd but could be a surprise first
Malone 3rd or 4th
Dobbs, Maybin, Sutton all 4th round or later

Barnett - 1st round

Kamara - 2nd but should be a 1st and would be in any other year but there is a glut of running backs this year.

Malone 3rd or 4th

Sutton - I'm thinking Sutton maybe sneak into the 3rd round based on his return skills and field leadership.

Dobbs and Maybin - 4th or 5th

My thoughts as well. Malone definitely bumped up his stock at the combine so I'd lean toward the 3rd.

This is why I was a bit surprised he left. He could have been THE guy in 2017, shut Hurd's idiotic momma's mouth, and been a top 10 pick next year.

Meh, no sense in coming back and risking injury if you're projected top 2 rounds.

Especially as a running back when most of them are out of the league before the age of 30.

Kamara's lack of mileage compared to Fournette and Mccaffrey seems to be a big plus to the scouts as well.

He's obviously great mentally but I don't see how Dobbs will even be a serviceable backup. Just don't see it, hope I'm wrong

His hard combine numbers beat Deshaun Watson, and there have been scouting reports that even the minimal direction he got at the combine increased his accuracy by a mile. Imagine what he can do when he gets actual coaching for the first time since high school.

That is actually a damn shame.

Dobbs gave everything he had. He deserved better than what he received at UT.

Don't get me wrong. I don't fault him for leaving. Just thought he could have REALLY upped his stock by returning. I certainly understand the lack of longevity with RB's though.

Yeah I think he has a ton of room to grow. Butch letting an inexperienced GA train the QBs is baffling. Sheridan is coaching running backs at his new spot

I saw that he beat Watsons numbers but I'm not very impressed with him either

Maybe some coaching can make a big difference I certainly hope so but I just don't see it
