Why sign Dormady anyways?

I mean we complain about this Worleyfence read option all the time as we should so if you are butch why the frick are you recruiting a guy like Dormady who you know is not suited to run your offense in the first place?
I know Dormady was a highly rated recruit but what good does a pocket passer do if Butch isn't going to adapt his offense?
It's very apparent butch isn't going away from the zone read which I guess is fair but then why the frick is he recruiting players not at all suited to run it?
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills I really do, this only requires basic 6 year old logic. I swear the guy would have Peyton running the fricking zone read

If you ever get some info on why GITMO never got in the game I'd love to hear it
Honest to god wouldn't be shocked if he was very angry and considering, transferring. Based on what Butch has told the media GITMO has essentially been lied to about PT this year

Makes me think back of watching Tim Couch get brutalized as a freshman at Kentucky running the option.
