What is it he did exactly that pissed everyone off so bad? I remember he coached at UK and then turned down an assistant job here to go somewhere else or something but I just can't remember the reason for the hate

for me turnin down tn jobs, and the icing on the cake was when we got hurd he called him "soft and terrible" i cant remember exact words but i was done

He's got it made at USC. I can't really fault him for staying out there and making a ton of money.

Yea I have a hard time getting pissed at him for that too
ETA: he worked out for us but it's not like he was one of the best QBs nation or anything, I'd be pretty angry if Peyton turned down a job here to take one somewhere else but at the same time I don't think there's any chance Peyton would do that

As long as Tee is coaching at USC you can't fault the kid at all.

Tee didn't single handedly win us a NC. Al Wilson was the heart and soul of the NC team. Tee can frick off. He had a chance to come home and be a legend, but instead hi chose to stay with Kiffin, a coach that screwed us in the middle of the night. Then he made his smartass comments on NSD about Hurd. Tee can continue eating himself into diabeetus and get eaten by a great white in the Pacific Ocean.

I thought he also turned down Butch shortly after he was hired? Either way, I don't really care. Can't fault the guy for staying at USC and living it up in LA.

I hear ya. I went to a game or two when he was there and it felt half empty. Granted, it was against some MAC schools
