No way the Tennessean is biased at all in this reporting, right? /sarcasm

The fact that they name the players but not the girls also pisses me off. Either keep them all anonymous or none of them.

How are they bringing title 9 into this?

I don't know. Any judge is gonna look at this and laugh at the plaintiffs. Seriously, they are suing the University for allowing students that are accused of a crime to have access to legal representation.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard

It is. We settled on another stupid lawsuit about a wrongful termination so they think they can get a settlement too

Does this have to do with the Peyton thing from forever ago? Why is EDPN sending me an alert that didn't really make sense about that

Apparently he's been added to the cases cited in the lawsuit.

UT is gonna settle. Regardless if they're wrong or right, they don't have a choice. The longer this drags out, the worse it looks.

That is the exact reason they filed the lawsuit. Easy payday when they don't have a good case at all.

You'd just have to watch it, turning it into a SJW issue and interviewing some bulldyke from ESPNw and not mentioning that this Peyton thing is 20 years old. Not even hinting that there's even the remote possibility that this is a frivolous lawsuit

Ranting and raving about the "unhealthy culture of Tennessee athletics and athletics as a whole", I didn't expect anything better from them but it still made me want to vomit

If you mean the women involved with the lawsuit were told to be quiet she wasn't one of them, she was just what I can only assume is an exclusively social issue writer for ESPNw (women)

I saw a tweet saying that major news outlets had been told to ignore it. Obviously that's not true now
