Why do you guys think we won't be able to put points on Florida?
This. Florida's QBs needed another week of game reps badly. I have no confidence that Mac coached them up enough in the last 2 weeks, after not doing anything with them all off-season.
While our defense is very questionable, I think it will be enough to slow shitty UF down and allow our offense to put up a few points.
VOLS win.

On top of that I'm sure their practice scheduled has been messed up with Irma rolling through. This is the deciding game for the season.

One thing is for sure it's gonna be an ugly game!

It is sad that the "deciding game" of our season has devolved into two shitty teams playing shitty football. My, how the mighty have fallen....

Yeah, although the UGA game could turn into a big game with how they looked against ND.

The last two games, minus the fourth quarter of the GT game, the VOLS seemed very unprepared and uninspired. Hopefully we can scrape by some teams but with the recruiting classes we had we should be crushing teams.

Jesus Christ this is a battered fan base.

Have you not watched Tn football the last decade...? It has been rough as hell.

Unfortunately I have.
Still, over the last 30 games we are 22-8 with a win percentage at 73%. But you would think that we were 8-22 the way that some post on here.
Thats our best 30 game stretch since going 23-7 from 2003-2005.

These were nearly all games we were supposed to win.
What is that record against ranked teams?

Wins against ranked opponents the last 2 seasons (Ranked at the time the game was played)
#19 Georgia
#12 NorthWestern
#19 Florida (SEC Runner up)
#25 Georgia
#24 Nebraska
Beat ACC Runner up Virginia Tech who finished the season ranked at #16.

I'm not concerned for anything except our QB play and slightly concerned for our oline

Truth but I saw a good point about that. UGA did beat them and looked good, but 11 of ND's last 16 opponents have beat them as well

My thoughts are that
Dormady is no worse than Speight. Speight has simliar problems as QD. Staring down wrs, not progressing through reads, throwing into coverage, overthrowing open wrs.
Tennessee's RBs are better than Michigan's. Isaac had over 100 on like 10 carries. He had to keep coming out becuase of an injury or something. Olines are similar. Both teams have talented young WRs. Not so sure ours arent better though. Michigan WRs dropped several passes and one of the pick 6s was on the receiver.
QD just needs a solid game manager level performance for Tennessee to move the ball.

I'm sitting back lol'ing at the collective fapping going on with the Georgia posters otb. That Notre Dame team is not good. Hilarious how before the game, most of the UGA posters were talking about how bad they were going to beat them etc. and now they have done a 180 trying to pump them up as a 9ish win team.

Thinking about this game still has my penis soft.

These aren't in any particular order just as they come to mind:
1. I actually think our passing game isn't half-bad. QD is pretty solid; he just needs to find his rhythm and receivers just have to not have bad drops. Our offense looks a TON better if we improve marginally on both of those fronts.
2. I think the Defense comes out playing tough; people were complaining about this past weekend but I really think it was largely a part of our team having just finished a 90+ def snap 2OT time game 5 days prior.
3. RBs; John Kelly is the real deal and it looks like CFA and Ty have gotten that little boost of confidence from playing in a cupcake game. We should have solid touches from all 3.
4. CALLOWAY IS A F#CKING HOSS - he might be the best all around WR since pre-injury Hunter.
5. Special teams; even with E Berry on the sideline this game we're still electric on ST.
And this goes beyond 5 but UF does not look good; I'm still pretty optimistic on the season but we absolutely have to win this game with how well UGA, Vandy, and USCe have played. But F#ck Florida, I'm getting some gator meat to grill this weekend!
