Losing either of these games is unacceptable.

UT looked like shite in the last 2 games. is dobbs hurt or something? Mizzou and Vandy have good defense. But they shouldnt score much on this D. I think UT wins these 2 but you never know.

Mizzou fans already have a W marked down. I guess they are good again.

Edit: As much as I think VOLS should win this one, I can see a really shitty performance and subsequent loss.

He's either hurt, or the coaches are intentionally trying to protect him. He's had like 3 designed runs in the last 2 games. When he's not running, we struggle on offense.

The WR screens also keep him from getting hit.

I hope that he's not hurt and that the coaches are just being extremely cautious.

Yes. Dobbs has been dealing with a foot injury. That's why he hasn't been running much and why the O has sputtered a bit.

Agreed, I'm excited for the matchup of good vs. evil this weekend and hope the Vols come out ready.

Mizzou has a lot of emotions pushing them right now though with all this junk that's going on an pinkel's ever so timely resignation.

Side note Aunt an Uncle just sent some Missouri attire for our lil boy that will be joining us shortly. frick my life.

So what caused this switch in fandom, and why UT?

Disgusted by the liberal cesspool that is Missouri, the football players supporting, the admin caving to it.

I had a buddy who "played" at Tennessee, he would get us tickets quite a bit an got to see several games. Always had a fondness for the Orange and White. Got to head down to the Outback Bowl in 08 vs. Wisconsin.

^^You know you're probably overreacting. Mizzou is really no more liberal or conservative than any place else y'all just had problems erupt during the season and they got noticed because they happened to involve players on the football team getting involved. Only tRant cares about it and that's because it's the nature of the rant to find anything that bothers you and pound on it until the end of time.

At any rate, I'm a lot more wary of this game than I was before Pinkel announced his resignation. Now, we're facing a team who wants to win one final home game for their coach with cancer and to me that's a very dangerous team. I don't like that one bit.

Eh, the rant has no bearing on this in my eyes. The handling of the situation by the state leaders and board of curators basically abandoning these administrators whom had done nothing to be canned was what got me the most. It was incredibly spineless and then for the team to have a roll in that calling for these men to be fired just because it's the fun thing to do at the time.
