Helfrich being canned by Oregon, let DeBord retire and replace him with Helfrich by the love of God!

We're gonna be replacing nearly everyone if tonight is any indication

did you see how bad his team got shellacked this year? Why would anybody but a high school program want anything to do with Mark Helfrich?
He's been quickly digressing every year.

Just cause he sucks at the HC position doesn't mean he's not a good coordinator.

At this point, i'm hoping Debord stays on as OC so it all burns down quicker.

I'm not even convinced he's a good coordinator. I give an OC working under Chip Kelly about as much credit as I give Kirby Smart for coaching Saban's defense

QB COTY and QB COTY runner-up multiple years. Helfrich isn't like most OC's working under offensive minded coaches like Kelly and most importantly, he'd have a field day with JG. He really is considered pretty brilliant. Also, I've said before that I think he'd share OC duties with Debo while Debo takes heat there's no denying that our offense has been productive and put up some of the best stats we've had period even with a pitiful OL. I'd love to see Debo do more game-planning where he shines, imo, and Helfrich do more in-game play-calling where I think he shines. It's one of the few times where I think CO-OCs could really work well without a big personality clash.
